Certified by SGS, STEPGUARD SPC flooring is grade 6 in terms of color fastness to light, which means it has a very good ability to withstand sunlight and doesn’t fade. But we still don’t recommend installing the flooring where it has excessive exposure to direct sunlight.
100% waterproof SPC flooring can be installed in any room of the home such as the kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, basements, etc. If your subfloor is concrete, it is recommended to use a vapor barrier underneath the flooring.
Yes, it is recommended to acclimate the flooring for at least 24 hours in the space where you are going to install for better results and a longer lifespan.
Because of its waterproof and stain resistance attribute, our rigid core luxury vinyl flooring is easy to maintain. Just sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping it on the daily basis will be enough. Please refer to the maintenance guidelines for details.
